A Note on our Concierge Service

Concierge services are available exclusively to Elizabeth Croft clients following a qualifying purchase. The scope of assistance varies according to the purchase value, occasion, timing, and availability of third-party providers.

Third-party goods and services are not inherently complimentary. Where applicable, arrangements and expenses will be discussed and approved with the client in advance. For qualifying private-client purchases, Elizabeth Croft may coordinate or advance select approved expenses on the client's behalf.

Concierge services are provided at the discretion of Elizabeth Croft and are subject to availability. Certain requests may require additional fees or third-party charges.
